PerfAct Calculation Engine
The PerfAct calculation engine is designed to meet the efficiency demands of today’s completion environment. These demands create a greater focus on cost reduction, automation, repeatable and scalable processes, and results. PerfAct uses OmniLog measurements to identify and minimize rock property heterogeneity within completion stages and can also incorporate additional measurements such as gas detector readings, mass spectroscopy of gas shows, or any other depth-based data that is available.
The objective of PerfAct is to design completions that incorporate the uniqueness of each lateral within an efficient workflow. That is why Drill2Frac created applications that work on a well-by-well basis – ensuring that each well’s unique characteristics are given full consideration without disrupting the efficiency of the manufacturing environment.
Based on your needs, multiple parameters are weighted and simultaneously analyzed to create your optimal solution. The PerfAct Engine can instantly analyze any number of depth-referenced curves in addition to MSE such as gamma ray, sonic, mud logs, and other measured or implied properties. Perforation depths are output so that optimization is based on rock properties and their position relative to other clusters within the same stage.
